About the Book:
Brianna “”Ree”” Devereaux loves baking, especially cupcakes. Her tiny shop, CupcakeRee is her pride and joy. When the local Harrison Hotel announces a cupcake competition to celebrate their 75th anniversary, Ree is the first one to sign up for it. The winner will receive an exclusive contract to supply cupcakes to the hotel for a year and a dinner date with Prince Edmond, a co-owner of the hotel through his late wife and the mother of his seven-year-old daughter, Elizabeth.
Prince Edmond is not pleased at the thought of judging a cupcake contest, but Elizabeth is beyond excited. The little girl loves cupcakes and convinces her father it will be fun. When the prince bumps into Ree at her shop and she accidentally covers him in flour, she fears the contest is lost before it’s begun.
But Raymond Granger, owner of rival cupcake bakery Cake In A Cup has plans of his own and when he steals Ree’s special cupcake recipe to win the contest Ree is forced to accept that sometimes you have to ask for help from friends, even if they are a royal pain in the you-know-what.
